MASUMA was founded in 1998. MASUMA Auto Spare Parts Co., Ltd has its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. It is an international auto parts enterprise integrating R&D and manufacturing with independent intellectual property rights. Masuma’s Head office is responsible for the design, research and development of new products, as well as the collection of cutting-edge technologies in the global industry, together with outputting related research and development results and application technologies to subordinate factories.

In 2008, a wholly-owned subsidiary was established in Guangzhou, China (TOMOI Steering Suspension System Manufacturing Co., Ltd.)

In 2012, a joint venture factory was established in Guangzhou, China (Ankeda Automotive Brake System Manufacturing Co., Ltd.)

MASUMA focuses on manufacturing and supplying more than 90 series of passenger car engine systems, chassis systems, electronic control systems, oil maintenance systems, etc., and more than 20,000 varieties of auto parts.
